E. Douglas Hughes, President and CEO Mr. Hughes has over 25 years experience in the manufacturing industry and oversees all aspects of the company's business operations and corporate direction. Mr. Hughes is also responsible for cultivating strategic alliances and other external relationships, as well as managing corporate financial affairs.  His resume includes manufacturing, supply chain management, international business, and is regarded as an expert in advertising/marketing and speaks regularly at industry functions. Throughout his career, Hughes has led business development efforts and finance groups, and served numerous Fortune 500 companies, as well as mid-range manufacturing firms.  He attended Paul Smith’s College in Lake Placid, New York and Georgia State University.  Hughes also completed his management internship with the Walt Disney Company.

John Wylie, Senior Executive Vice President Mr. Wylie has over 35 years of experience in the material handling industry and is regarded as a pioneer in engineered pallet-flow systems.  He has developed significant supply-chain and material handling solutions for the major automotive manufacturers and other Fortune 100 clients.  Mr. Wylie had been the President of Wylie Dynamics for 17 years before the acquisition of his company by LoadBank International in 2007.  He now oversees the strategic direction of the combined companies, as well as product innovation and managing key distributor/integrator relationships.

Bruce J. Beers, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Beers has over 30 years of experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer of several large companies.  He is a graduate of General Electric Financial Management Program and served as Assistant Treasurer of The Raymond Corporation.  He obtained a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton and an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.  Mr. Beers has served on two American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Committees.

John T. Veitch, Vice President of Manufacturing Mr. Veitch has over 30 years experience in the Material Handling Industry mostly in the design and manufacturing of automated equipment primarily used in the food and beverage-processing sector.  He was General Manager and system integrator, producing Bulk Palletizers and Depalletizers for the beverage industries.  Prior to joining the LoadBank International team, John owned and operated his own high precision machining company serving the Medical and Laser Manufacturing Industries.

Karl F. Maggio, Director of Engineering Mr. Maggio is an inventor and product development engineer.  He joined the Company in 1992 relocating from Michigan where he had been involved for many years in the sale, design and application of automation and conveyor systems.  He has over 30 years experience in the conveyor industry, serving automotive, food and manufacturing industries.
